Help
Our safety sneakers are not available in stores. You can simply order them online. Feel free to try them on, and if you need to return them, we make it easy. Just make sure they haven’t been worn.
Our work shoes have the necessary certifications, meaning you can use them in any situation where safety footwear is required.
Check with your supervisor to confirm the specific certification you need.
It’s actually quite simple. There are different levels of safety according to the official European standard EN ISO 20345:2011, but four are particularly important for you: S1, S1P, S2, and S3. We explain the differences in this chart.
Check with your supervisor to confirm the specific certification you need.
The work shoes run slightly larger than your regular shoes. Therefore, we recommend ordering one size smaller than your usual size.
You can return them anytime, as long as they haven’t been worn. Simply fill out the included return form or send an email to info@dtchshoes.com. After that, you can send them back using the return label provided. It's free of charge.
Dat is natuurlijk niet de bedoeling. Neem contact met ons op, stuur ze op en je krijgt meteen nieuwe schoenen van ons. Of je geld terug.
DTCH safety sneakers are made without animal materials, which is better for animals,
people, and the environment. Plus, they look just as good (and are just as strong) as genuine leather.
If you order the safety sneakers today before 4:00 PM, we'll deliver them to you by tomorrow.
You will look great in your new DTCH® safety sneakers; here’s a checklist to help keep them that way.
- Always spray your DTCH® safety sneakers with Nanospray before wearing them. This way, they will stay fresh and nice!
- Always wear dry socks in your safety sneakers.
- 8 hours of wearing means 16 hours of drying, twice as long as you have worn them.
- Clean them with a damp cloth. Do not use any cleaning agents on your work shoes.
- Never dry your work shoes by or on the heater, as this can damage the material. Instead, place them in the hallway.
- Always remove the insole from a soaked DTCH® safety sneaker and insert a rolled-up newspaper inside.
