Refund policy

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem!

At DTCH Shoes, you can return your order free of charge for a different size or model, or simply get your money back.

Returns can be made within 45 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Of course, you may try them on! We recommend doing so indoors and on a clean surface.

How to return your order:

Use the included return label, attach it to the package, and drop off your return at a DHL ServicePoint near you.

Keep your proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed.

Different size or model?

Would you prefer a different size or model? No problem. Indicate this with your return shipment. Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you the desired pair, provided it is in stock.

Want your money back?

If you choose a refund, we will refund the amount paid via the original payment method as soon as we have received and processed your return.

Processing

Once we have received your return, processing may take up to 14 days.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive the amount paid back into your account as soon as possible, or we will send you your new size/model.
