That’s why DTCH® develops safety shoes that meet workplace requirements but look and feel like sneakers. Not traditional, clunky work boots, but safety shoes that employees actually enjoy putting on and wearing. Even when they go home.

Sometimes an employee needs just a little extra.
Not every foot is the same. Together with Podomotion, we offer companies the opportunity to provide employees with personalized advice on their work shoes and any necessary orthotics. Podomotion can provide on-site footwear advice and, when necessary, conduct a podiatric examination. Are custom orthotics needed? If so, certified custom orthotics can be made to be used in combination with the appropriate DTCH® shoes. This way, we don’t just look at what kind of shoe someone needs, but also at how they stand and walk in it.
GAIA Circulair
And what if the shoes need to be replaced?
We’ve thought about that, too. Together with GAIA Circulair, we’re working on a practical process for used work shoes. Worn-out shoes can be collected, after which GAIA sorts them and determines which materials or parts can be reused. It’s not complicated. We’re simply trying to reuse as many valuable materials as possible instead of immediately discarding them as waste.

Frequently asked questions about DTCH® work sneakers
You won't find our sneaker style work shoes in stores. Just order them online. Feel free to try them on we make returns easy. As long as you haven't worn them, of course.
Our work shoes have the proper certifications. That means you can use them in any situation where you need safety shoes.
Check with your supervisor to find out exactly which certification you need.
It’s actually quite simple; there are different safety levels according to the official European standard EN ISO 20345:2011, but there are four that are really important for you: S1, S1P, S2, and S3. We explain the differences in this chart.
Work shoes tend to run a little larger than your regular shoes. Therefore, order them one size smaller than you normally wear.
I want to return my safety shoes. You can always return them as long as you haven't worn them. Fill out the form provided or send an email to info@dtchshoes.com. Then you can simply mail them back using the return label. It's free.
DTCH safety shoes are made without animal derived materials; that’s better for animals, people, and the environment. Plus, they look just as good (and are just as strong) as real leather.
